EYP ( Einhorn Yaffee Prescott ) Renovations to The Argus Building
Description
Renovations to 40,000sf of 5 combined turn of the century buildings
Scope
Renovations included new and existing MEP’s reconfigurations, structural work throughout the buildings, new windows, roofs, offices, finishes, millwork and exterior masonry and cornice renovations.
Schedule
Completed in phases as the building was fully functional throughout construction with 200 architects and engineers: 1998 -2003

St. Peters Hospital Gabrilove “B” Level Renovations and Alterations
Description
Complete renovations and alterations of a 1920’s hospital building wing.
Scope
Complete removals of all construction and MEP’s including reconstruction of approx 15,000sf of space consisting of new MEP’s, office space, shower and locker rooms and storage facilities while maintaining patient and hospital safety standards.
Schedule
A mandatory 5 month schedule was maintained to allow for master planning of additional facilities.

Description
Construction of 18,000sf of new office space for a fast growing Tech Company
Scope
Combine the 4th and 5th floors of a new commercial office building into a modern dynamic office space. A connecting stair / bleacher system needed to be created by removal of the existing steel and concrete structure while maintaining all building services and maintaining a disruption free environment for the existing buildings tenants. Included were all new MEP’s
Schedule
An aggressive 12 week construction schedule was met.
Project
SCCC (Schenectady County Community College)
Description
Construction of 20,000sf of new labs, classrooms, toilet rooms and student and faculty common meeting areas.
Scope
Construction consisted of high open bay walls (to 30ft) teaching medical labs and classrooms. The space has 35 foot high walls and is on the second floor which required many innovated solutions for material and equipment access to the work area within the buildings core.
Schedule
The completion schedule of 18 weeks was obtained and occupancy for students was made on time and on budget.

Siemens Energy Management (Division)
Description
Construction of 30,000sf (on the 3rd and 4th floors) for new corporate offices and lab facilities required for worldwide personnel training and product development.
Scope
Construction of new office space including; all new MEP’s, new offices, training labs, common area, toilet and shower rooms, break rooms and corporate meeting areas.
Schedule
A 16 week schedule was obtained and on budget
Project
St Peters Hospital Renovations and Alterations to Eastern Turnpike Building
Description
Design Build – Complete rehab and addition to a medical office building
Scope
Complete gut removal and addition to an existing building. Work included all new MEP’s for a new medical and dental facility including underground facilities and site work. All new finishes including medical grade construction was performed.
Schedule
A schedule of 6 months was maintained and a Certificate of Occupancy was granted per a NYS Department of Health mandated deadline.
